General mechanical background with technical school training and/or experience in areas of hydraulics, pneumatic, and electronics
Ability to understand and follow equipment manuals
Ability to understand and adjust computerized equipment controls
Self-motivated; team-oriented; safety and quality conscious
Ability to work assigned production shift with flexibility to work overtime and to cover other shifts as needed in support of production schedules and assist in preventive maintenance program
Production Line Operator
Basic math and reading skills
Light lifting, bending and stooping
Standing and walking during 8-12-hour production shifts
Demonstrate attention to detail and good eye-hand coordination
Visually screen finished product/packaging to detect quality issues with ability to detect subtle color differences
